Keele University is a large campus located near to the university town of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, and minutes away from the city of Stoke-on-Trent. Nestled in 600 acres of Staffordshire countryside, the campus is just an hour from Manchester and Birmingham.

Forensic Science, Nursing, and Medicine at Keele University have all been ranked in the UK Top 10 in the latest Complete University Guide.

The University also boasts a 70-acre development site for its Science and Innovation Park with 40 companies employing over 600 people currently hosted on its existing Science and Business Park.

To mark your graduation at The Swan with Two Necks, you’ll find a menu worth throwing your cap in the air for – truly inspirational cuisine, prepared with flair and loving care by expert chefs using the freshest local ingredients.

For instance, you could start by experiencing our amazing Goats Cheese Bon Bons with rocket pesto mayonnaise. Then waste no time and dive straight into our Pan Fried Sea Bass Fillets, with dill pickled heritage tomatoes, crushed new potatoes and tomato & herb cream sauce.

Or how does our dazzling Confit Shoulder of Lamb sound? This comes with rosemary roasted butternut squash, pumpkin puree, aromatic crumb and split mint jus.

Or as an extra special treat try one our homemade pies, such as Smoked Haddock, King Prawn & Cod with garlic & dill veloute, topped with onion & cheese mash and served with buttered green beans.

For afters, don’t mess about and go straight for the Double Chocolate Brownie with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. Unless of course you’d prefer Hot White Chocolate Cookie Dough with raspberry gel and white chocolate ice cream.
